Keynote Speakers

Every fit conference has had excellent keynote presentations by acknowledged leaders in the field of PE fit. This year is no different and we're pleased to announce that the following people will be giving keynote addresses during the conference.

 

Ryan Vogel

Ryan VogelRyan received his PhD from the University of Georgia, spent one year as a visiting professor at Southern Methodist University, and is currently an assistant professor of management at Pennsylvania State University in Erie. His research has focused on two main areas: person-environment fit and abusive supervision. His latest publication on P-E fit focuses on proactive behaviors that allow misfits to mitigate the negative consequences associated with value incongruence. His research has appeared in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.

Aichia Chuang

aichia chuang imageAichia Chuang is an Outstanding Research/Teaching Scholar at the National Taiwan University in Taiwan where she is Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in the Department of Business Administration. She earned her doctorate in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and her B.A. in Sociology from the National Taiwan University. Previously, Chuang was a faculty member at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. She served as visiting scholar at Stanford University.   Chuang’s research interests include leadership, multilevel theories and methods, cross-cultural management, inclusion (person-environment fit and diversity), service climate and service performance, and creativity. Her research has been conducted in several countries such as the US, Taiwan, China, Japan, and Korea, and she has been invited to join a few large-scaled multinational projects. Chuang’s research has appeared in such journals as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior & Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
